I remember myself promising a design for lady Carthage. (I myself am a little more comfortable with Carthage as a man, because reasons.) But I do have a story for Carthage as a woman as well (as melodramatic as it would be…)

The basic history is the same (of course) but rather than having her fight Rome on the field, she stay in the city, of course, at the end of the 2nd Punic war, Scipio Africanus pretty much had his sword on her throat and Hannibal had to come running back to her even only to lost the war.

However, the general story I’m going for is :

Carthage was really close to Etruria and like him/her a lot.

Rome, who was still a boy was in love with her(as well as Egypt and Greece and who ever else was a woman) and he started to get more serious about it when he started to grow, like teenage years, you know, that time when boys had only one thing in their heads.

Carthage never sees Rome as anything but a little boy. So they started to be in conflict but that doesn’t mean Rome stop loving her.

Utica had a thing or two for Rome and is rather jealous of Carthage.

She helped Rome in hope that he will pay some more attention to her.

Cato the elder doesn’t approve Rome’s love for Carthage and ordered an attack (upon Carthage quarrel with a near by country, was it Numidia?) mean while Rome was busy trying to subdue some kids in Iberia and wasn’t aware of this.

He returned, and she was gone.
